Cheers, Macromedia Fireworks 8 is the program i used, Can be done in photoshop but for outlining i prefere Fireworks.

Tbh i prefere fireworks to alot of programs, its probebly down to fact that ive used it more so know how to use the tools, as for Above i could do it i suppose but would take a while.
