8mp. i think. :D Canon 350D

Damn! I saw the quality of the pics and was hoping you were going to say it was some cheapo £200 camera!

Those 350's are definitely worth the money.

Some really nice pics there mate. I bought a 350D a few months ago and I am very very impressed with it. Great cameras if not a little expensive!

what setting were you using Dansta? I've got the 350D, not had it long myself. Are you using the 18-55 lens?

Yeah the standard lens fella. i've been learning about playing with the shutter speeds, varying ISO's and apeture settings. mainly in AV and TV modes. havent got as far as playing with Manual. Learning tho. Got some other pics messing about with depth of field and focus, Our resident iPap (one of me mates) has been showing me the way.

Nik, pmsl, and there was me thinking ive never been there before.

lol you've been doing a lot more with it than I have then, i've not ventured passed the auto modes yet, just haven't had the time. The 200mm Canon lens seems worth the money though :

Tha a 200mm? i might be gettin a 300mm tomor.

I bought a 75-300mm lens for my 350D. Have to say its bloody fantastic. The zoom range on it is really good and nice sharp pics as well. Just make sure you get the USMIII.
