Can someone tell me how to add a picture to my profile?

You know where i mean?, the little square down the left side of the forum?

I just used the uploader which compressed you large pic better.

If you pic isnt already 80 x 60 pixels. Select Avatar from the drop down menu. That should do it nicely.
