Pioneer DEH-50UB adaptors . . . advise please

Getting a new headunit for my bday, so just need to know what adaptors will I need for the following . . . link for headunit below if needed

(a) connecting the headunit?

(b) stalk control adaptor

(c) Ipod connection, now I know it lists the CD-IU50 for this but at £30. Can I use a normal ipod lead and have control over the Ipod from the headunit or is there more too this lead? If so any other alternatives . . .

I have the DEH-65BT with an an adaptor that does both the stalk and built-in display/clock..

But I don't remember paying _that_ much for it, I'm sure it was more like £70~80.

fook thats more expensive then the head unit. Not too bothered about the head up display tbh, especially if its going to cost that much lol
