Pioneer Steering Wheel Remote

I have a DEH-6300R Stereo.. the catalogue from Pioneer lists the CD-SR80 Remote to work with it.. but the catalogue is last seasons now.

There seems to be the CD-SR100 about now.. which says it will work with "All Pioneer Stereos with Infra Red".. Anyone know if the 6300R has that? Theres no mention of infra red on any stereo from Pioneer Ive seen.

Its on there, but it doesnt tell you much about the compatability.

i was told that there should be a logo on your face plate if it is infra-red compatible?

well i got the 6400r and ive got the remote so cant see why the model before wouldnt be compatible
