Pipercross air intake

I have just brought a pipercross filter for the 16v. I got a deal from extreme where you get a free air intake. Is this any good? Should i bother fitting this? Where do i fit the other end of the intake pipe?

air intake as in the flexi black pipe? if it is, should it not have conme with this any way?
drill a hole in the front radiator shield, near the front grille. pop it in and put the exit about 2" away fromt eh filter. If you can be bothered, build a little head sheild....about the best you can do really. Unless you can mod teh original airbox to hold the new cone filter.
