Please help, seat...

My seat is not moving all the way back for some reason and being a tall lad this is a serious problem.

Only started happening yesterday, thought it was just stuck on something but having a good check, there is nothing there...? It moves forward and back, but just won't go past a certain point.

Also as it gets towards the point were it stops it feels stiffer and you can feel it clicking through each stop point, if that makes sense.

Its a 1998 RN, mk2 ph1, any help would be greatly appreciated guys, cheers in advance.

Need to take the seat out and see whats stopping it going back. might be a coin etc getting stuck.

is it as low as possible, when you lower it it moves back as well. If it is as low as possible give it a big shunt and see if you can dislodge it
