how much are valver ph2s wheels with caps an naff but just about leagal tyres, also a steering wheel and boss ? ? seen them at all different prices

A valver steering wheel is worth more than a tenner lol.
As for the wheels, depends on the condition & if they have tyres or not.
A decent set of whels with decent tyres could be £200 maybe a bit more depending on the make of tyre & how much tread is on them.

If the wheels need a refurb & have no tyres less than £100

since when? they've been selling for a tenner for about a year or so now.

The price for the wheels was based on them being kerbed, needing a refurb with just legal tyres.
