Please reccomend me a Intel motherboard.

I suspect theres some knowledgeable computer heads on here, Seeing as im a year or two out of touch with the computing world.

I am going to purchase a Intel i5 750, As i hear this is the only quad core in the i5 range? Good choice?

I need a motherboard, Would prefer full size not micro atx.

Needs pci-e, was wondering about usb 3.0? will be using external graphics, But good onboard audio if possible.

Any sugestions under £120?

Cheers for the suggestions, Yeah the Gigabyte one looks good, The Asus is a bit out of my price range...

Asus board is a great board run that one myself. However not suitable for an i5 based CPU anyway. Wrong socket i7's only. Even then only the 1366 based i7's.

Seen Scan's today only thing? If you order before 1pm on friday will still count. They have a package deal of i5 750 and mobo. Various boards to choose from might save you a few quid.

Saw a bundle of the above for £380, So specced it up from Aria and also got a artic cooler cpu heatsink and some DVDr's, inc delivery for £351. Not bad i thought.

Good choices?

The golden rule of mobos is never buy the high end stuff unless you're an overclocking *****. There are some great budget boards around that will perform faultlessly at stock speeds.

Sounds good Griff, Ive never overclocked before and dont really plan to unless theres an easy way, Is there any thing that can be easily done with what ive bought?
