PMS Top mounts on B14s

Nick told me I had to put a washer somewhere, but I've lost the note and they're closed until Monday. Does anyone know what washer I need and where I need to put it when using the PMS top mounts with B14s?

I used an M16 spacer between the spacer and silver top of the coilover.
