points on licence (but not mine)

hi all. i have a question about my insurance. im currently with admiral and i am 1st named driver with my dad and mum 2nd a 3rd. now my dad just got done for speeding (so posible 3 pts), what i want to know is if i dont declare them on my insurance, will my insurance be void if I have an accident? my parents are only on the policy as it brough it down by £100 so id like to keep them on it.

take ur dad off as named driver on ur insurance, keep ur mum on it
