polish on plastic :(

managed to get some autoglym polish on the trim round the sunroof and its gone pure white at parts, iv tried scrubbing it and using back to black bumper sprays but it wont budge, anyone get any ideas?

Use a pencil eraser. I found that anything else looked like it removed the residue, but all it did was cover it up and you could see it again in a few days.
