The actual polish is AutoGlym Super Resin Polish. It's like a white cream.
Will adding more of this really make the white mark go away????! :S

little bit more polish, and lots of elbow grease
Autoglym Super Resin on textured Black trim is how I am reading this thread ? If so applying more SRP onto the trim where it has gone by mistake will just make it worse.
The only thing i've found that actually removes the white marks is a pencil eraser . All the trim products you buy just mask the marks .
WD40 is my prefered product for dressing black trim

Doesn't WD40 leave a greasy film ?

This is what i use, mainly for interior plastics and the usual scuff marks , but today used it on polish that has been on the black plastic scuttlepanel for over 2 weeks and just wet it removed it with ease I also used it on my alloys to remove brake dust that was baked on and some runs with acid wheel cleaner from the previous owner. You can buy it for about £1 in cheap shops and it just breaks down so you know when its fubared
Depends on the product Ali as said before, works fine for me, wipe it on neat if need be.
