Polisher and wax

  BG Clio 182
Really daft question but using a 5.5 inch pad and have a tub of natty blue paste wax. How the hell do you get the wax on the pad? The best way? I can imagine you could simply use a spoon or something to get it out but obviously this would give a massively thick and uneven and poor coat? Thanks, sorry it sounds daft!

Nattys is one of the easiest waxes to apply so why go to the extra effort of applying by machine? If you're adamant about doing this just use your finger to spread it evenly across the pad

Haha well I suppose yeah I might just whack it on with an applicator come to think of it. Just thought it'd give a quicker and possibly better result maybe I don't know haha

This is a mine field...
As Dave has already mentioned, you are best off hand applying Nattys. It is a superb wax and remains my only sub £50 wax I turn to.
Damp microfibre applicator, spread thinly as possible, apply a panel, apply another, remove first, apply another, remove second etc. Wait 1 hr and go around again. No gassing issues from Nattys. I'll see if I can dig some old photos out from my blue 1.2.

Thankyou for that it's very helpful and useful :) I will most certainly do that. Any particular reason for the damp applicator? and is that with a detailing spray or water? Thanks mate should be doing it next few days when the weather stops being a wanker haha. X

The damp applicator I believe is to stop the allocator getting too heavily loaded with wax I believe.
