Polishing Headlights

Hello Again

This might sound a bit of strange one, my passenger side headlight seems to have picked up some sort of stain that has corroded part of the surface of the light.

Being plastic anyone know of some sort of Polish that could be used to bring it back up to a good finish.

Will try and get a pic up to show you.

You can PC polish headlights, that sould sort them out.

Just try some Autoglym Super Resin Polish by hand first and see how it goes. There are specialist plastic polishes out there. As said a machine polish cleans up plastic lenses nicely.

where do i get hold of this stuff?. sounds like the things i am after. have some autoglym stuff but not the resin one, time for a trip to halfords i think.

Halfords sell the Super Resin Polish - Red label.

S100 Plastic Polish is really nice.

that looks just the sort of thing i needed, can get the sander out during the holidays. i couldnt bring myself to do it without seeing somone elses results first.
