Poor Aux Audio

Bought an aux cable for my 182 Update List headunit online. Plugged it in tonight and while it works the audio is very poor. It is like there is interference in the background. Anyone experienced this before? Is the cable just rubbish? I tried it on 3 different devices and same result every time.

The issue might be elsewhere. I’ve had two previous aux cables and got a friend of mine who is handy with a soldering iron to make me a longer one too.

None of them have had any issues with playback.

Cheap s**t cable. Buy a better quality one. Sorry to be the bad news bear.

It was one of the more expensive ones on amazon. Will send it back and look elsewhere.

Any recommendations where to purchase one?
