182 with cup packs
Over the last couple of months the idle has got worse. It has a decat with a ktec ss exhaust.
I was driving home when I noticed this power loss when I put my foot down. I can't remember what RPM it was that it would start about 4k upwards though. When I went beyond the point it would feel like it was violently redlining and giving up. When I started the car up again it was a very deep noise coming from the exhaust and it sounded more like an unhealthy Impreza and the problem would come and go quickly giving me power back then snapping back to the problem. My emission warning light was also flashing and with my decat this had never happened. Anyways to cut a long story short it was a faulty fuel injector.
