pop goes the fuse...again

  Stanced Honda S2000

hi all, got a problem, NOT THAT SORTA PROBLEM !

right. i have 2 rockford fosgate subs run by a kenwwod 1000watt amp, the subs are 400watt rms each. i also have a 400watt jbl gto running my 300watt 6*9s and 400 watt alpine fronts. problem is my inline fuse is popping too easy.

in my kenwood amp is a 40 fuse and in my jbl is a 30.

my inline fuse at the mo is a 30, but now and again it popps. quite bad actually, whats going on, wud a capacitor sort this? also. is there a way round it till i can afford one ?

You need a 70 or 80 amp fuse for the inline fuse you silly boy !!:p 40 + 30 = 70 simple as !! Youll be better off with an 80 amp aswell as the amps are fused too !!

Ye you need to up the fuse. But make sure the power cable is of a good enough AWG rating to cope with the ampage.
