popping exhaust

anybody know what i need to do to my 172 to make the exhaust pop and bang? also will white wheels look good on black car? and what induction kit do i want?

get rid of the fly by wire, and get rid of the cat
black wheels imo
and bmc cda sound pretty awesome i lost power because i couldn't be bothered to sort a cold air feed out though.

what is fly by wire?

Electronic throttle. No cable. The ECU controls the throttle body based on pedal position.

Cable throttle conversion (throttle body and pedal box from a Ph1 IIRC).
De-cat.

That should make it pop on the overrun. It can be enhanced with a cheeky little remap.
