Possible Exhaust Rattle When Reversing

When reversing there is always a rattle that seems to be coming from the rear of the exhaust. I have had the 2 mounts at the tailpipes replaced and that hasn't solved the issue. Any ideas?

Ok finally got round to fitting new centre mount. Exhaust is tight but still rattles when reversing and now on start up. Any ideas what to check next?

Heat shields above rear silencers always come loose, had to tighten them a couple times if this helps.
