Possible oil leak in gearbox

Was under the car tonight fettling the exhaust and noticed the underside of the gearbox and selector shaft was a bit wet with what I assume is gearbox oil. Anyone had similar symptoms and an idea of where it may coming from??

I'm pretty sure they all weep out of there mate

Yep, it's normal, in fact I've yet to see one that doesn't leak there!

Seem to remember there's a kit to replace the seal without removing th gearbox? Not sure how well it works though...
