possible valver mods

hey all, before i ask this, i must warn u im not mechanically minded!

i would like to know what mods are available to me to make my valver not only faster but torquier.

ive been told a megane 2l bottom end, but dont know what is!

oh and how can i shield my k&n from my engine plz.

If u get the K&N and launch it over the house, it will no longer be sukkin hot air!

lol, i dont have an orig airbox, iwish i did, but it came with the k&n on the car!
