Power loss?

Basically in the last day the car seems to have lost some of it's power, about 25%, it revs fine and idles fine although I have an idea that the baffles in the exhaust are loose and could have partially blocked the exhaust

the only other thing it's done in the last few days is refused to idle on initial start up, no matter if it was cold or normal workin temperature, if I held the revs for a few seconds then let off and it was ok

the idling is fine now but have loss of power

Possible lambda sensor?
cheers for the response mate, turned out to be the baffles in the backbox, been abusing it around without a backbox on to make sure its 110% the cause of the problem and turns out it is, although i now have a bad head haha
