power steering fluid like macdonalds milkshake

Please help........ I have a 1998 renualt clio grand & I love it. But on doing general tlc I noticed that the power steering fluid is pink n very foamy wen I opened it to check the level. I gather this isnt normal, but is it harmful to the car? n is there a way I can drain the existing fluid and replace with new???
My power steering is unaffected but has always been heavier than I would have expected.

Power steering fluid is red wine ish colour and oily but if its bright pink and like you say, mcdonalds milkshake.. perhaps due a change lol

Is the Clio Grande automatic ?
Only one reason why it goes Milkshake pink. It's got water/coolant in it.
