Power steering??

Well people iv got a 1.2 16v mk2 ph2 (02 reg) & it's started to slightly squeek when turning the steering wheel so thought it would prob need some Power steering fluid topping up but after buyin the stuff carn't find where I need to put it!Looked in the manual but where it shows it on the picture it isn't there under the bonnet!So my mate came to have a look & he couldn't find it & said it doesn't look like it's got power steering...
So what does everyone think?

You don't have hydrolic PAS system its all electric nothing to top up.

Ok thanks for that, any idea what i should do about the squeeking then?
