power to the display is the middle of the dash

hi all

right the other day i took out the standard philips tape player and put in my pioneer one.... when i plugged in the iso connection i had 2 spare boxes that need to be connected..(i think that they are for the volume control on the steering wheel)

ever since i did this there is no power that i can see getting to the little display in the middle of the dash where is shows the time and the temp etc..

does anyone know how i can fix this???

The display and steering wheel controls are only wired to work with the OEM unit.
You will need to buy an adapter to get them to work, not all head units are compatible.

Thats right, it should. I mis-understood that bit in the question...oops
