powerflex dog bone mount

Im glad I had mine done, got better into gears for me and no noticeable change in vibration that some have said they get, I think, at idle.

yer no nocking any more, on cold days cabin vibrations bit worse on tick over. but nothing major

So many arguments for and against these. Have a search for previous threads.
My personal opinion though, is yes it's worth doing.

Can these be bought with the mount ready to fit?

Can only find the kits when I have been looking.

You fit yours luke?

Can it be diy'd with the kit or do you need some fancy press?

YOu don't need a press. Burn off the old rubber, lots of elbow greece - BOF. PM gray as he did mine :o

I fitted mine myself to the car though - piece of piss.

Also gets a thumbs up from me, now it's been on a month don't even notice the vibrations, gearchange is much better.
