powerflex sizes

hi

ive got a 182 ff and i was wondering what size powerflex bushes i need for the

front anti roll bar outer 22mm or 23mm
front anti roll bar inner 23mm or 25mm

the cup pack comes with stiffer anti roll bar and this means it's also thicker. I also have the anti roll bar bushes fitted and they are :
25 mm inner ones
23 mm outer ones
enjoy the ride

if they were thicker wouldnt you need the smaller ones to fit around it?

the bushes need to be the same diameter as the bar. best way to be sure is to measure the bar at the relevant points

bar will most probably have consistent thickness.

Are either on a bend? Maybe that could be part of the reason?

My Ph1 has a 25mm inner ARB measurement (actually was 25mm towards ther outer too but only quickly measured when up on the ramps)...so there goes the cup packed thicker ARB myth out the window lol.

Easiest way to find out the reason for the different measurements would be to ask Powerflex themselves. Although I'd assume the smaller bushes are for non sport models TBH.

I am afraid that we do not have this information to hand

The only way of telling for sure is to measure the roll bar with a vernier

If your local Renault dealer is feeling helpful, they may tell you if you give them the details for your car

the very end of the front ARB is profiled down slightly, around a 2mm'ish step down
