Powerflex???

I need to buy new bushes for my mk2 172.

Whats your experience with Powerflex polyurethane bushes
and has anybody tried the harder (track) version?

I have read about problems regarding fitting anti-roll bar bush,
seems to be too small in diameter. (23mm)

Fitted some on my 16v, but fitted them along with spax adjustables. Feels ALOT nicer and tighter.........but I dont know how much the bushes have hepled, it may just be the suspention, or vica-verca!

Powerflex bushes are absolute crap.
They use the wrong grade of polyurathane and it is effpectively like plastic. I am currently developing PROPER polyurathane bushes with a company that puts them on the BOWLER TOMCAT's.

Superflex is a name that I've also heard as doing better quality than powerflex, but that's purely what I've heard, not from personal experience

pack em with copper grease before you fit em, otherwise a few months down the line they squeek like MAD !

Superflex are good, Partly owned by a company called SuperPro who is the comapny im dealing with.

I can get only powerflex here in Slovenia, so would like to hear from people who really have them on.
