Powerflow Back Box. Straight Fit?

Maybe buying a 2nd hand 6 month old Stealth Powerflow rear box. Do they bolt straight on in place of the standard box?

Also do they vary from box to box in terms. of noise?
I know most people have them tuned to how they like it to sound...
