Pressure Washer and Snow Foam

Can you attach a snow foam lance/device to any pressure washer?

I'm thinking about buying a cheap pressure washer but want to be able to use snow foam as well.

Can't really justify spending a huge amount on an expensive pressure washer just at the moment.

You can get fittings for most PW.

As above, I've got 2 that I swap depending on what PW I'm using.
