Priceing my Clio...

Just wondered what a fare asking price for my Clio would be. Going to be returning to standard in the near future.

2001 Dynamique 1.2 16v
Pearl Black
47k on the clock
Recently had cam belt change, rear brake shoes, front pads and disc's, HT leads and coil pack.

No manor dings or dents, one small parking dent on drivers side, barely noticeable. Few small scratches, nothing major.

Obviously not expecting to get alot, but £2800 sound like a fare price?

i sold my 2001 expression+ (had a/c) for £3000 with my stereo and half a tank of petrol about 12months ago.

Yours is obv. a better spec model so imo it sounds a fair asking price maybe expect to get £100-£200 knocked off that

Yeah, has a/c. To be honest, id like to get 3k for it as its is low miles and doesnt need anything mechanically. But didnt want to sound a bit over confident in how much I could get.

i would say 3k with those miles

i would hope to get 2.8k for my 02 reg with 75k

What i will say is at £3k my car sold very quickly, put it up on the Tuesday, got a call on Friday, sold on Saturday. Maybe i sold a tad under priced (My car had also had recent cambelt, aux belt, water pump, tensioners, full service, 4x tyres less than 3months old, new leads and plugs) at the time though its alls i needed to get to clear my loan and have a little bit of change

Not gonna be for a while yet mate. Need to save a bit of money, return to standard and sort a new car before it goes.
