Printer help!!!!!

Right, i have just had a Samsung SCX - 4521F printer delivered for my little office, yesterday i shut the computer down and disconnected it so i could move the filing cabinet it was sat on, now it says scanner locked in the display and wont work, the CD user manual wont work either, and theres no instruction book, apparently there is a switch on the thing to do with transit? has anyone got one or got any ideas where the switch is? i have searched everywhere!! Thanks!

Take out the power cord and plug it back it. It must reset the unit so it unlocks the scanner.

Tried that mate! left it disconnected all night, and the USB, no different!

hmmmmm strange as thats the instruction thats in the actual user guide.

It says on the net about some switch somewhere to lock it? i cant see anything though!!

If its a switch then it will be right near the actually scanner arm thingy underneath the glass as it will literally lock the scanner arm if you move the unit.

I cant see anything! Its not here its at the workshop so i cant have a nose either! Was hoping someone may have one for a nose!!

Its an internal fault apparently! gone back and a new one is on the way! cheers for the help!
