Private Plate & Insurance

Finally got my private plate sorted and will be transfered intime for my 18th birthday!!

What do i do in terms of insurance? I tell them the plate has been changed... Will this make my insurance go up at all? As it looks more appealing to theifs?

It wont effect your insurance, just tell them the day you change over and they will send you an updated certificate.

likewise.... though if you call in the evening and are feeling argumentative the Indian call centre can be persuaded to waive the admin fee
