Problem after ecu work

Hey guys,

Small problem but could work out to me forking out money to get a new head unit if it cannot be resolved. :dapprove:

Clio Sport 172 Mk1.

I had de-cat, inlet manifold match and smt6 ecu piggy back done @ GDI with Andy yesterday.

Now my cd player/changer won't let me passed the security code. I have the code but it's telling me it's wrong. I've got a feeling the person who had the car before me has changed the code on the stereo but didn't bother informing the garage I bought it from.

Any idea's how I can get around this?

Very good work @ GDI. Anyone that hasn't had any work done with them but are contemplating it, I would recommend it highly.

think you have to send your head unit off, its about £20 iirc

b@lls to the stereo, if you've got a decat, chances are you wont hear much above that anyway!!

Nah, it's a stock exhaust and the de-cat is silenced. I'm into suttle mod's .

On the way home from Cambridge last night I nearly fell asleep a dozen times on the motorway cos I had no stereo to keep me awake.
