BG 182 FF
So I got given a 2006 mk3 1.2 yesterday as my first car but it has been thrashed quite badly, the engine makes a whiney sound when idling and this loudens upon acceleration. It also appears to need a lot of recent when at the biting point in order to move the car. Has anyone had or heard of this problem before? I did read it may be worn gearbox bearings? Anyway the car is in the garage today, so I shall post the outcome later.
