I posted this last week!
"This time the exhaust is rubbing all over at the bak of the car. The centre section appears too short as I the exhaust rubs from the bend in the middle section back to the back box.
Could it be that my down pipe is bend, is this possible as it is within a cm of the drive shaft gaitor where they pass each other."

Both wrong, it turns out the car has been rear-ended at some point, which has pushed the exhaust through to the front... All made sense when I thought of it: a broken bumper clip, a scrape on the bumper, a damaged cat, a crack in the mid section silencer join and a bent down pipe...
