Problem with climate control system

Can anyone help, my heaters don't work in my Clio sport 172, all the lights work but no air is coming out, iv checked the fuses they all seem fine any suggestions please

Thank this seems to be the problem I have, is there anyway I can confirmthe opack has gone before I replace it tho? It says there £99 so be good to know that is definitely the problem
