Problem with cold start!!

When I try to start the engine every morning (the weather here is very warm always) its fails or start but with to more "shaking" and if I put the accelerator slow trying to reach the 2000rpm I feel that its drowning...

If I turn it off and then turn it on, it start perfect and there no problem trying to reach the 2000rpm... stranged! I went to Renault and they cannot find whats happening... This is bad since I put out the car from Renault.

I observed that it happen more frecuentrly when is raining day to day....

Please help me to find whats wrong...

Common problem all to do with keeping the emmisions down when car is starting from cold many people have already discussed this do a search on it.

I already search but the same.. theres no solution... and the Renault Dealer cant find whats wrong..
