problem with graphics card driver

had to format my hard drive, so lost all the driver thingys.
I've managed to get one for my sound card, but cant find where it tells me what graphics card ive got, i know you normally go my comp>properties>hardware>device manager> display adapter

but theres no display adaptor tree, so what the chuff have i done? :dapprove:

any advice guys?
