Problem with lights!

I noticed the driver's side tail light was out, so i replaced the bulb. But this didn't solve it. The light came on when braking, but not with the side lights on. I then noticed the front driver's side side light wasn't working either. I then checked the fuse and it had blown. Replaced that. Blew again straight away.

Any ideas? Has this happened to anyone before?

Look in the boot, Pull the carpet away from behind the lights, Undo the bolt and take off the wire, Thats the earth, One each side for each light.

Clean them up and bolt each earth side back tight.

Then unscrew each light unit, Pop them out, Unclip the clusters on each light, Take bulbs out and spray the contacts with WD40, Leave for 10 mins, Maybe clean the contacts with a sharp object.

Re assemble, And see how you get on.
