Problem with my dial pins? keep dropping!

Sorry about the upside down picture, as you can see the pins keep falling!!

took it apart to change the leds but now this happens? the needles are pressed in firmly, any one know how to solve this?

wowser ! When I took the PH1 dials out last i'm sure the motor behind the needles stop you moving them any further than minimum so perhaps the motors need spinning on the back of the dials ?
