looking at getting some stuff for cleaning the car when the weather picks up a bit.
cars got a fair few light scratches i want to get rid of, so should i look at t-cutting or just polishing ?
in the way of products what sort of things do i need, i.e. clay bar, polish, t-cut etc etc ?

some help would be lovely ta :)

If polishing by hand I really like using the Poorboys Super Swirl Remover (SSR) seems t get rid of the light swirls ok and then cover it with poorboys black hole - its a glaze but has fillers to hide any minor swirls that couldnt be polished out. Then a nice wax over the top - im not clued up on waxes but I like the dodo juice waxes but im sure theres better out there.
Stay clear of T-cut mate, really not good for your paint.

Obviosuly if you know someone with a machine polisher the results from that will exceed anything you can achieve by hand

ah ok, so you vote to just polish and ignore t-cut ?
and there not swirls, scratch marks like the second picture. none of them are deep though, like brushing along bushes and that sorta thing

i seen a fair amount of like packages of detailing stuff, so many combinations though i dunno what to choose
