projector adjusting, help needed

Does anyone know how to change the direction of the projector beam on angel eyes? Yes i did say angel eyes. I dont care if you dont like them, all i need is some help on how to change the projector direction. At the minute my beams are point out too much and need to come in a bit.

With aftermarket lights I'm not sure. Go ask a local MOT place and give them a tenner to fix it?
