PS3 headset?

Anyone recommend any?

Currently got the small earpeice wireless one that looks like a hands free kit..But the sound is not clear at all at times... Felt so rude the other night while talking to geddes cause i had to kept on saying " sorry what you say"

Ive just got the official PS one. £17 iirc on Play.com, which is alot cheaper than anywhere else. Usually retail for like £24.99 at Game etc.

i had the official ps3 head set and i found it uncomftable, i think it's just good for chat really and thats it.

If you want more than chat you need some thing like turtle beach or the one i got is Sharkoons X static 5.1 or allong those lines. Mine were well over£100 but they are awsome. i can hear a pin drop way way in the distance plus many other advantages. i cant think of any dis advanges its got. You need a headset which covers both ears really

might get them argos ones for now though.. i hardly come on headset mainly cause i cant hear s**t with the wrieless headpeice

i see the headset is USB so i reken the quality should be better than the cordless type. plus those only cover 1 ear so your not getting the full effect of things around you. if you get it and its nee good i reken you need to get something better

Now this headset from argos.. it will be only voice coming out of the headphones and not the game wont it ? :s

i dont know. i very much doubt it. some headsets like geordies have a seperate switch for game and chat volume. i dont think this one has that feature. mine has just a volume thats it, not a seperate game-chat volume. it dosnt bother me

I'm not sure mate, as I said to kev I don't like games like WAW ect... prefer the MW games and battlefield, might try it though if you guys are.
