Ps3 online without pc?

yup if you go wireless router it will connect

else better just to go wired for lowest ping and best dl speed to demos/streaming

Wired does make a difference, i'm in the process of moving my router upstairs.

Idiots removed the upstairs phone line years ago!

Just wasn't sure if ya needed to set the Internet up via a pc first. Well I'd have the router down stairs and the ps3 in my room so don't want any cables hence the wireless.
