PSI IN TYRES

PSI is a measurement, not a physical, thing.

I'd suggest putting compressed air in.

i have 31 front, 30 rear, but i have alight engine.
Its set relatively high (considering car weight and power) for high motorway speeds and often carrying passengers.

You do know when tyres get hot from long distances that the air inside expands?
Meaning if your on a long drive, the tyre pressure increases so it's higher than normal.

I'm running on 172 alloys and tyres in a 1.2 16v so I have mine set at 31 front/29 rear, a little lower on longer than 40 minute plus journeys.

Yes, but higher pressure is recommended for high speed or high load.

lmao i went from Omagh till cookstown 22miles on this one road doing 85mph, was scary in the wet, had no grip and fought maybe the tyres needed bumped up? lol! so 32? ok then
