PSP - Do you use it?

Had my White slim n lite for a year or 2 now! I want good releases Sony! This console has sooo much potential.

I got it before i went on a trip to italy (24hr coach journey ftl) and filled it with peter kay/lee evans goodness! And i have GTA: Vice City stories.

Anything cool and free out there to bring my Pooospe back to life ? It's been sitting in a drawer gathering dust and scratches :(
 
Dont use mine either. Put some customer firmware on it and some SNES/Megadrive/PS1 games on but just never find time for it anymore awesome console though!
 
Owned 2 over the years and sold both, there was nothing I could be bothered to play on it.

Bought one, lasted about 3 weeks, then I sold it. Was a good bit of kit with alot of potential, but got a little bored of it. Really enjoyed playing god of war though, that was an awesome game.
 
Mines gathering dust too, it was always good for playing Manhunt on long journeys lol but I expected more out of the games for it.
 
Great little device, imo. Transformed I think when custom firmware is applied and you make ISO/CSOs of the original discs. The constant grind/whirr of the UMD drive as it read the discs was a pain in the arse.

Still got mine and I still use it. Only one tiny scratch on the screen too. :)

This. But then got done over as the buyer found a "hairline" crack i didnt even know existed and demanded half of the money back as a partial refund. c**t :mad:

Did enjoy playing Tekken Dark Resurection on it however!
 
Got the custom firmware on and mine only gets used for footy manager handheld. Just put 2010 on and im hooked again
 
I use mine that has custom firmware on :)

Although God of War was a bit of a let down as the ccut screens didnt work properly :( Still a class game though.

Currently playing China Town Wars and one of the other GTA games (liberty or Vice cant remember which)
 
Rarely use mine tbh

GTA: Chinatown wars has just come out on it, scored 9.5/10 at gamespot
GT PSP is out
Motorstorm Artic Edge looks good and is out
Little Big planet due to hit soon
 
Gran Turismo you n00b! All this hype about driving games and you haven't got the best one for the PSP so far ;) !!

Play it in lunchtimes, two laps of Nurburgring and I'm done tbh
 
I got one so i could put the custom firmware on it. Did it got bored and sold it again.
Nothing really that good on it really. Ive got a ds too but i never use that either.
 
What's the wifi like on these peeps? Considering buying either 1 of these or ipod touch as cheap internet, as wife has just started college again so is on laptop all time, cheaper option??

It works fine at home, but the PSP itself doesn't well to web browsing. It's a genuinely frustrating experience - and I just loose patience with it.

It's a great machine... but like most people I just use it for long journeys. Only use it gets at home is streaming online radio when I was sunbathing outside all summer :D
 
i heard GT for psp was s**t. No car customizing etc? Still, Should be a laugh.
 
I bought a poosp just for the fact GT would be released, it wasn't. But now is! But its shite - Fony Sail!!!

Anyhoo, LocoRoco1/2 is where its at for eating long journeys tbqfh! Epic win of bouncing blubber ball proportions.
 
Bought one got bored sold it bought another got the customer firmware and free games, still don't use it.
