Publisher file change?? help

can anyoe tell me how to do this;

i have a file saved as a publisher file but the company im sending the file off to need it in pdf format, so i need to change it somehow, any ideas lad and lasses?

Jamie install this software and it installs a PDF printer that means you can print to that printer and it turns the file into a PDF document.
