Pulley noise on start up and acceleration?

Hi everyone,

My Clio 172 phase 1 has just started making this loud, metallic noise on start up and acceleration which I believe is coming from a loose pulley?

if anyone could confirm that would be greatly appreciated. And would it be safe to drive it like this to a mechanic (around 4km)? Thank you!

From the video it seems pretty loud.
Did you checked with a light if anything is wrong on the belt path? Seems a bit too loud to be a bearing (like water pump) gone but it may be the audio of video getting out of tracks..
Judging by pitch of sound seems almost a pulley rubbing on metal..
I suggest checking with a light everything its safe and sound as position etc.. if everything is ok, not rubbing, not loose it must bea bearing, and maybe the sound is amplified by pulley shapes
